Letters From Home

        God bless all of those, who send me some mail
while I'm so far from home, in this foreign  hell.
Just to get a letter from the  ones I left back home.
makes me feel  so peaceful and I don't feel so all alone.

While I'm over her fighting ,to keep my country safe.
It helps me sometimes to focus, on my loved ones face.
Or think about the smell of my mama's Sunday meals
And how the arms of my wife and my children feels.

so thanks for all the letters and other mail you send
whether you are a loved one, or you are just a friend.
because we cherish them, each and everyone,
and read them over and over, when the day is done
