Time To Listen

'Twas a Sunday evening in church,
But no one was praying.
The preacher was preaching,
But no one listened to what he was saying.

God was not present in this church it was true,
He'd rather be in a church where there was faith too.
Not one that just sits on the pews all night long,
And pretended that they were singing His songs.

Sitting in church don't make you a Christian.
So pick up that bible and to the preacher start listening.
For God is coming and the time is drawing near.
And the ones who aren't listening, they will be left here.
