Twas A Beary Christmas Night

Twas the night before Christmas
And all through the town,
Not a bear was alone
Not one could be found.

They were all listening to a story
By Papa Bear
And hoping that Santa
Soon would be there.

Grandpa bear told them
About Santa and his sled,
Then he said it's time for little bears
To head off to bed.

They dreamed that night
Of a little girl or boy,
Who wanted a teddy
To be their new toy.

To love and to cuddle
And sleep with at night.
And to be their best friend
For the rest of their life.

Because everyone needs
Someone they can hug.
And everyone needs
Somebody to love.
